Sit and be fit at the Lake Helen library

Adults can take part in a free exercise program at the Lake Helen Public Library.

Library employee Charles Schwab will lead “Sit and Be Fit” at 1 p.m. Wednesdays, June 6 and 13, 2018. The program focuses on stretch and strengthening exercises that can be done from a seated position. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel.
