Walking Meditation or Walking with Intention is a process of gathering your thoughts and releasing them to Universe. This is a self paced walk, excellent for slower walkers, beginners, or recovering from injury. Please get your medical professionals approval if you have medical concerns. This is an excellent way to start your day or close out your week, releasing all of your concerns and stressors.
