The F.R.E.S.H. Book Festival returns to Daytona Beach Feb. 23-25, 2023  for its 12th year of promoting “Literacy as a Legacy.” Festivities will begin with the F.R.E.S.H Film Festival Thursday, Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Embry-Riddle’s Captain Willie Miller Instructional Center at 1 Aerospace Blvd. followed by the book festival Friday and Saturday at the city’s Julie T. and Charles W.
